Visio Divina is an ancient form of Christian prayer in which we allow our heart and imagination to enter into a sacred image, in silence, to see what God might have to say to us.

You will ponder upon an image fitted to the season, together with a passage from the Bible. You can then engage in some contemplative questions that are provided that can help you travel to the deeper places of your soul.

We will conclude the evening with some group processing.
